Delivery Information
Couriers attempt to deliver between 8.00am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday. (No orders will be dispatched on a Friday, to ensure that your order is not kept over the weekend. No deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays. Please ensure that the address provided is the most appropriate for these hours. Workplace addresses are highly recommended in the event that the recipient regularly works office hours. Please note that should the intended recipient not be available, the parcel shall be signed by reception.

Please enter all delivery details carefully. Inaccurate or misspell delivery information often results in delays in delivery. Should re-delivery be required, an additional charge will be incurred.

Gifts that are going to remote areas can incur additional delivery charges. We will advise of extra charges, or alternate delivery arrangements should they be required, including central pick up points

Please note, we cannot accept a specified delivery time.(eg 3.00pm)

If the recipient is not home and the delivery driver deems it unsafe to leave the package a calling card will be left. The recipient can then arrange a suitable day for re-delivery which will incur an extra charge to the purchaser. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform The Chocolate Master if an order does not arrive. Once you inform us, we will lodge enquiries with the courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. If instructed, we will leave the package with a neighbour or alternatively leave it in a safe place.

The Chocolate Master is not responsible for the gift delivery. We believe that we have employed excellent delivery companies who will endeavour to provide you with the best attention to care and speediness of service. But there may be times when despite their best efforts, gifts are delayed in the delivery process. For this reason our delivery tables and guides can be our best estimate only. All cancellation of gift orders must be made within 24 hours prior to delivery. We do not accept cancellations under any circumstances once the gift has left our premises. Whilst we endeavour to deliver by the date requested, this is not always possible due to unforeseen circumstances. Late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle cancellation of an order.

Delivery Fees and Times for Easter and Christmas Period

  • Please allow extra time and an earlier date when placing your order to avoid disappointment.
  • We cannot guarantee delivery in time for Christmas, for orders placed after December 12
  • When specifying your delivery date, please be aware that couriers are carrying a greater amount of deliveries during this extremely busy period.

Complimentary Personalised Card
Should you wish to choose this service, The Chocolate Master will be happy to include a personalised message card with your order, at no extra charge. During the Check our process, simply type in your message, no more than 20 words to be included on your message card.
