The Chocolate Master takes great care with the packaging, delivery and shipping of your order
Large orders may be contacted for an adjustment in pricing prior to sending. Items will be dispatched within 24 Business hours of payment to the supplied address. In the unlikely event of your order not being delivered or received within the specified timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can investigate and rectify the problem.
Please ensure you have your order shipped where it can be signed during business hours. We cannot be held responsible if you are not present on the arrival of your order. Please note that if nobody is available to sign for delivery a card will be left allowing you to call the courier and arrange another delivery time or pickup. Warmer Weather
During the warmer months, we take the following steps to ensure your chocolates arrive in a reasonable condition:
All deliveries within Australia are made using Australian Air Express services. (Please refer to Delivery Fees & Times Table)
We pack the chocolates in polystyrene containers and put gel cooler packs in the boxes to maintain a cool temperature during the shipping period, regardless of the outside weather and temperature.
We store the boxes in our temperature controlled factory until the point of dispatch.

Place your orders on line from the comfort of your own chair and select Collection from our premises in the check out Box. We will endevour to contact you the same Day (Morning orders) or by the next working day (afternoon orders) to arrange a suitable time for collection from The Chocolate Master at 38 Beecher Street Preston.
